Miss Matildah Mohobene

Miss Matildah Mohobene is our Candidate Legal Practitioner. She obtained her LLB Degree from the University of South Africa in 2023.

Miss Mohobene has special interest in family Law,Wills,Administration of Estates and Personal Injury.

She joined our firm on the 1^st April 2025 and she is based in our Lebowakgomo Office.

Candidate Legal Practitioner

Rorisang Raphadu

Ms Rorisang Raphadu is our Candidate Legal Practitioner.

She completed her LLB degree at the University of Limpopo in 2024.

She attended the Practical Legal Training in Polokwane with the Legal Education and Development (L.E.A.D) in May 2025.

She joined P.C. Mogale & CO Incorporated in July 2025 for her practical vocational training as a Candidate Legal Practitioner.

Ms Rorisang Raphadu has a keen interest in family law, wills and administration of estates and criminal law.

Professional Assistant

Evelyn Maila

Miss Maila is our Professional Assistant.

She completed her LLB degree from University of Limpopo in 2021.

She joined PC Mogale & Co Inc in October 2022 for her practical vocational training as a candidate legal practitioner. She enrolled with ILLOVO Paralegal College of Education (IPCE) for the compulsory practical vocational training course.

Miss Maila was then admitted as a Legal Practitioner of the High Court of South Africa on the 16th of May 2025. She joined us as Professional Assistant from the 1st of June 2025.

Miss Maila has appeared in the Regional Court for divorce matters, variation applications,applications to compel and for criminal matters

She has an interest in the wills and administration of estates,family law,labour law and commercial law

Associate Director

Neo Leonard Maila

Mr Neo Leonard Maila is an Associate Director.

He completed a National Diploma in Legal Assistance in 2014 with the Tshwane University of Technology and obtained his LLB degree from the University of South Africa in 2019.

He attended the Practical Legal Training in Polokwane, Legal Education and Development (L.E.A.D) in 2020.

He joined PC Mogale & CO Incorporated in January 2021 for his practical vocational training as a candidate legal practitioner and he was admitted as a Legal Practitioner of the High Court of South Africa on the 03rd of June 2022.

He joined us as Professional Assistant from the 01st July 2022 and he is part of the management at our firm.

He has appeared in the Regional Court for divorce matters, unlawful arrests, urgent applications to interdict and has appeared in the Specialized Commercial Crimes Court.

Mr Maila further attends to Departmental disciplinary hearings.

Mr Maila has interest in civil litigation, commercial contracts, company law and labour law.
